- Common areas only = PHP2,500 for maximum of 4 hours with the PHP1,000 consumable on food.
- Limited to 10 persons for photo shoots. PHP100 per person on top of 10 pax
- Additional hour charge of PHP300 per hour
- Guest room use = PHP2,800 for a maximum use of 4 hours
